Bash 10 Year Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Bash 10 Year Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to couples who are currently engaged and planning a wedding that will take place in 2026, within a two-hour travel radius of Manheim, Pennsylvania, as determined by Google Maps driving time (Manheim, PA as origin; wedding venue as destination).

To be eligible, entrants must:

• Have a confirmed wedding venue and date at the time of entry
• Host their wedding within the eligible travel zone as defined above
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have an available Bring On The Bash DJ for their wedding date at the time of winner selection
• Not already have an active contract or booking with Bring On The Bash for their wedding

Employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates of Bring On The Bash, LLC, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.

All entries are subject to verification. Bring On The Bash reserves the right to disqualify entries containing false or incomplete information.


2. Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted from November 3, 2025 (12:00 a.m. EST) through November 9, 2025 (11:59 p.m. EST), or earlier if the Giveaway reaches the maximum number of eligible entrants listed in Section 3(f).


3. How to Enter & Bonus Entries

a. Base Entry: Submit the official online entry form during the Giveaway Period to receive 10 Entry Credits. One base entry per couple. No purchase necessary.

b. Optional Bonus Entries: Entrants may increase their number of Entry Credits as follows (optional and not required to win):

• +25 Entry Credits for scheduling a 15-minute Date Check call within 72 hours of submitting the entry form
• +50 Entry Credits for attending the Date Check call
• +15 Entry Credits if both decision-makers (e.g., fiancé(e)s) attend

c. Maximum per Couple: Up to 100 total Entry Credits per entrant.

d. Call Optional: Scheduling or attending a call is not required to enter or win the Giveaway.

e. Entry Conditions: Automated, duplicate, or fraudulent submissions may be disqualified. One entry per wedding/couple.

f. Early Closure / Entry Cap: The Giveaway will automatically close once 336 eligible entrant submissions have been received, or at the scheduled end of the Giveaway Period—whichever occurs first. Entries received after the cap is reached will not be accepted. A closure notice will be posted on the entry page if capacity is reached.


4. Prize

One (1) winning couple will receive:

• DJ entertainment services
• Uplighting
• Dance party lighting
• Live ceremony music
• Photo booth

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $6,599

DJ availability is required for eligibility. All other services are subject to date and team availability. If specific services are unavailable on the winner’s date, those components will be omitted without substitution or compensation.

If the venue is within the eligible two-hour radius but results in a round-trip travel distance exceeding 100 miles, standard Bring On The Bash travel fees will apply for mileage beyond that threshold, to be paid by the winner prior to the event.

The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.


5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected by random drawing weighted by Entry Credits from all eligible entries received by the closing of the Giveaway.

Bring On The Bash will notify the potential winner by text, call, and email within 24 hours of drawing. The selected winner must:

• Respond within 24 hours of initial notification, and
• Sign the service agreement within 24 hours of response

Failure to do both will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.


6. Prize Redemption

Wedding must take place in 2026. If the wedding is canceled, rescheduled to a date where Bring On The Bash is unavailable, moved outside the eligibility radius, or the service agreement is not fully executed, the prize may be forfeited without replacement.


7. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, winner consents to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, photos, wedding imagery, and testimonials for marketing and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.


8. Limitation of Liability

Bring On The Bash, LLC, its affiliates, employees, and representatives shall not be responsible for:

• Incorrect or inaccurate entry information
• Technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or human errors affecting participation or selection
• Event disruptions or cancellations due to factors outside Sponsor’s control (e.g., weather, venue policies, force majeure)

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Bring On The Bash, LLC, from any liability, claim, or damage arising from participation or prize use, except where prohibited by law.


9. General Conditions

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, abuse, or technical issues interfere with proper functioning. Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters relating to the Giveaway.


10. Governing Law

This Giveaway and Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any disputes shall lie exclusively in Pennsylvania state or federal courts.
